Christmas pics

Right before Christmas, we went to visit the newest cousins. These cute little boys were born November 10th to my brother Dane & his wife Lynzi. They are identical, yet one is a full pound bigger than the other. They are so much fun and my girls are in heaven!

We spent Christmas Eve at Scot's parents. The girls could not wait to open their pajamas and kept bugging throughout the evening. People always ask where my girls get their red hair from. Take a look at aunt Janna!

Alex was loving his "Family Guy" pjs!

High School musical & Hannah Montana were what the girls got. They love their Grandpa:)

Sean strangling himself with his family guy pjs.

We spent the evening playing games and Sean was cheating by getting inside info from the dogs during our Poker tournament. We were laughing so hard...he is truly our comedian in the family giving his dad a run for his money!

Out of all my kids, this is our girl that can't sleep on Christmas Eve. She said she tossed and turned all night, then finally came in at 6:30! I sent her back to bed for another hour.

We had to wake Emma up at 7:30. She had a very long and busy night helping Santa. We have a tradition that the year our kids turn 8, they get to stay up and wait for "Santa". We explained the magic and traditions of Christmas and helped her understand how special it is to keep the "Secret". She took it very well and then had a lot of fun helping to fill stockings and spread presents around the tree. I was quite sad to think that she is our last to experience this special time with mom and dad:(

We waited for Alex (who has been living in my mom's basement) and my mom to come over. She lives a block away, so we didn't have to wait long. My brother also came over to watch the kids open presents.

I tried to sneak up on Sean to get the open mouthed snoring face, but he woke up and rolled over just as I was about to take the picture! Could have been a good blackmail photo.

Coming down the stairs to see their presents.

It doesn't take long for Alex to conk out on the couch.

We really cut back on Christmas gifts this year, yet our kids were so excited and grateful for the couple of things they did get.

After all the presents were opened, Scot pulls the "Extra gift" from behind the couch. It's an X-box 360! Sean was pretty excited and has wanted one for awhile. We just kept thinking something better would come out by now, yet it hasn't!

Friday morning my mom and brothers were heading up to Idaho to visit my Dad and sister. I went along with my girls. We ate dinner at Jeni's with my dad's should be famous hot wings. It was so fun to be with parents, siblings, and my only living Grandma.

Haili and Bayli have this strange game where they dress up in weird clothes and make up nerdy dances. We always get a kick out of them!

From left to right: Quinn, Mom, Dane, Dad, Cori, Jeni, Grandma Rhea, and Kimball in the front. I'm the oldest, then Jeni, then Dane, then, Quinn, and finally Kimball.
